Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process — assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation — in alignment with clinical standards and protocols.
• Deliver safe and effective medications and treatments; monitor and document patient responses and side effects.
• Assess and address patients' psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs to ensure holistic care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient history, symptoms, care provided, and treatment outcomes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on health conditions, medications, and care plans to promote understanding and self-management.
• Delegate and coordinate care responsibilities with other healthcare providers to ensure seamless patient care delivery.
