An exciting opportunity exists for a college graduate to join our engineering test teams at the Advanced Microelectronics Solutions Department (AMSD) at Raytheon in Andover, MA. AMSD develops, designs, and manufactures compound semiconductor devices, microwave / millimeter -wave integrated circuits, and modules for defense applications.

What You Will Do

• Perform RF / microwave / millimeter -wave measurements on GaAs and GaN devices, modules and MMICs (Monolithic Microwave Integrated Circuits)
• Perform fixtured and on-wafer probe measurements
• Assemble RF / microwave / millimeter -wave test systems
• Use software to control test equipment and plot test results

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.
