Associate Accountant Accounts Payable

In the role of Associate Accountant Accounts Payable 1, we'll count on you to :
- Work under direct supervision of Accounts Payable management
- Follow HDR guidelines, and validate supplier invoices against HDR Purchase Orders / non-Purchase Orders to confirm that critical data fields match
- Suspend invoices with unresolved issues for handling by the appropriate team member
- Collaborate with team members and other HDR teams to promote excellence in supplier invoice processing
- Identify and communicate opportunities for process improvement; collaborate with internal and external partners to increase efficiencies within the department
- Provide the highest level of customer service to internal and external customers; understand HDR's core business and promote a sense of urgency toward business-critical issues
- Demonstrate reliable and consistent attendance
- Support and participate in collaboration activities to promote and implement continuous process improvement
- Perform other duties as needed
