JOB SUMMARY

The PCC Systems Administrator plays a central role in driving key initiatives related to the PointClickCare EHR within Pinnacle Senior Living communities. Focused on project execution, this role ensures the successful implementation of process improvements, feature integrations, and system optimizations that align with both clinical and operational needs. By closely collaborating with clinical, operational, and IT teams, the PCC Systems Administrator ensures timely delivery of projects, fosters cross-functional alignment, and enhances overall operational efficiency and quality care delivery.

JOB DUTIES

Strategic Projects & Process Enhancement

• Lead and support cross-functional initiatives that enhance the use of PointClickCare (PCC) across Pinnacle senior living communities.
• Identify and prioritize opportunities to improve EHR workflows, user experience, and data accuracy.
• Collaborate with field leaders, IT, clinical operations, and vendor partners to gather requirements and define project goals, timelines, and deliverables.
• Coordinate end-to-end project work — from discovery and planning through testing, implementation, and post-launch support.
• Support change management efforts by communicating project updates, training impacted users, and ensuring smooth transitions to new processes.
