This position is part of a bid process associated with a Statement of Work.

Position Title :

  • Facilities Manager Location : Hanover, MD Clearance Required : Top Secret / SCI Position Overview : Join a collaborative and mission-driven team where your contributions directly support the Army’s readiness and modernization goals.
  • The Facilities Manager provides on-site support to ensure proper operation, maintenance, and safety of the program's physical infrastructure.
  • The role supports workspace logistics, service coordination, and compliance with security protocols.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Manage and monitor facilities operations, service tickets, and maintenance schedules.
  • Coordinate with building management and vendors for repairs and equipment servicing.
  • Support space planning, facility access, and inventory control for office equipment.
  • Implement facility safety, cleanliness, and emergency preparedness procedures.
  • Ensure facilities align with federal occupancy, safety, and security standards.
  • Support coordination of office moves, furniture needs, and facility logistics.

    • Qualifications :

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent work experience in facilities management or building operations. 3+ years of experience supporting facility operations in a secure government setting.
  • Strong organizational and vendor coordination skills.
  • Knowledge of OSHA, federal facility standards, and building safety compliance.
  • Active Top Secret / SCI clearance required.
