Job Description
Birch Construction is seeking a curious, creative, and highly collaborative Marketing Content Strategist to help us tell our story, one project, one post, one proposal at a time.
What You'll Do
- Craft engaging LinkedIn content that showcases our team, projects, and culture to clients, subcontractors, and future hires
- Collaborate with estimators, project managers and leadership to develop compelling RFP responses and proposals
- Keep our website fresh and relevant with updated project pages, team bios, and news
- Design visually appealing graphics and layouts using tools like Adobe Creative Suite
- Interview team members and dive into project details to uncover the stories worth sharing
- Work closely with Birch teammates across departments. This is a boots-on-the-ground role, not a remote gig
