A company is looking for a Data Engineer for a contract role.
Key Responsibilities
Develop Ab Initio jobs and workflows within the existing metadata-driven framework
Review requirements and source-to-target mappings, coordinating with the Solution Architect to document ETL job designs
Update and maintain backlog items, participate in daily standups, and assist with migrating ETL jobs to various environments
Required Qualifications
Expertise in Ab Initio, ETL, and SQL
Experience with Azure Synapse and Teradata is a plus
Proven ability to support QA team testing activities and address identified bugs
Familiarity with metadata-driven frameworks
Mid-Senior level experience in data engineering roles
