AHF Products has an exciting career opportunity for a Product Manager with strong business acumen to drive growth and support execution of our strategic vision in the Residential flooring segment. Based in Mountville, PA, you will be responsible for driving new product development efforts, analyzing competitor products, and executing operating and project plans to differentiate our products from those of the competition, resulting in top and bottom-line growth. If you are a strong product manager who can roll up your sleeves and balance both strategic and tactical responsibilities while bringing new ideas and strong leadership, this is the opportunity for you! The position will report directly to the Vice President, Resilient Products.

Job Duties :

• The Product Manager drives new product development efforts to ensure products are developed on time and within budgetary goals. This includes leading product planning and design efforts to ensure the products are successfully launched and differentiated from our competition. The position also manages full product life cycle, including conception, definition, development, launch and post-launch activities. Responsibilities include the following :
• Working cross-functionally to develop business plans that drive new product development efforts within the AHF Residential portfolio of products
• Launch new products and line extensions that are aligned with strategic and operating plans and objectives
• Developing product specifications utilizing voice of the customer input
• Working closely with AHF Operations leaders to enhance our capabilities and operational effectiveness while bringing industry leading products to market
• Partnering with our sourcing and supply chain teams to enhance our portfolio through strategic external supply capabilities
• Working with the sales and marketing teams to obtain and analyze competitive and market research to help guide product recommendations
• Evaluating requests for product changes and enhancements and making decisions on such requests
• Working with Marketing managers to develop strategies and tactics for the successful marketing of products, including new product launches and re-positioning of current products
• Ensuring the establishment of appropriate product pricing, utilizing appropriate market data.
• Conducting product training for internal and external customers and business partners
