• Facility Size : 80 beds, approximately 500 surgical cases per month\n\nOperating Room RN Qualifications\n
• Minimum 2 years of recent Operating Room Registered Nurse experience\n
• Active RN license in Arizona or compact state (required for Arizona nursing jobs)\n
• Current BLS certification (American Heart Association preferred)\n
• Proficiency with Robotics, Cardiovascular Thoracic (CVT), Spine, and Total Joint procedures (Circulate / Scrub)\n
• Ability to take call and work scheduled weekends\n
• Strong communication, clinical, and teamwork skills\n\nKey Responsibilities for OR RN\n
• Deliver direct patient care in the Operating Room, including circulating and scrubbing duties\n
• Assist with a range of surgical procedures : Robotics, CVT, Spine, and Total Joints\n
• Work collaboratively with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and the surgical team to ensure optimal outcomes\n
• Maintain a sterile environment and follow strict infection control protocols\n
• Respond promptly to emergencies and participate in on-call rotations\n
• Float to other units as needed within your clinical skillset\n
