What's the Job?

• Ensure appropriate initial and ongoing training of employees in safety, forklift use, and operational procedures
• Supervise employees in the shipping department
• Utilize planning and organizational skills to coordinate shipping team efforts for efficient outbound shipments
• Oversee daily warehouse operations, including labor scheduling, supervision, equipment usage, and building organization
• Plan and manage distribution services including receiving, storing, shipping, handling, and maintenance activities
• Interact with administrative and management staff to support inventory control and process improvements
• Ensure shipment documentation is completed accurately and on time per regulations, policies, and customer specifications
• Lead and participate in quarterly inventory processes
• Order granules, wrappers, and fiberglass in support of production needs
