Key Responsibilities :

Identify and track key metrics to generate valuable insights about our eCommerce websites and customer behavior.

Ensure accurate reporting and measurement of site performance.

Analyze performance data to pinpoint and improve friction points in the digital purchase process.

Explore automation opportunities to enhance efficiency in team workflows and reporting.

Monitor competitor activities and emerging digital trends to offer innovative web analytics solutions.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelor's degree.

Proficiency in web analytics platforms such as Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics.

Aptitude for developing and presenting key metrics and performance trends to stakeholders.

Strong proficiency in Excel.

Experience with data visualization tools and SQL is preferred.
