We are looking for an energetic, dynamic, experienced
Account Management Professional
to join our fast-growing, full-service experiential agency. This is a senior-level client services position that bridges strategy, communication, and execution—responsible for cultivating and managing key client relationships while championing best-in-class service delivery across the agency.
In this role, you are the lead client advocate. You will act as the liaison between your client and our internal teams. You will work across our various agency services to ensure the successful delivery of impactful brand experiences. From initial strategic planning to execution and optimization, you will provide thought leadership, ensure client satisfaction, and unlock new business opportunities.
You have experience working in regulated industries, are driven by delivering value, and are passionate about developing creative solutions that make a difference. Your leadership style is collaborative, your communication is clear and compelling, and your organizational skills are second to none.
Experience and skillset requirements
Bachelor's degree required; Marketing, Communications, or Business preferred.
6+ years of account management experience, ideally within an agency providing services to enterprise brands in the financial services, medical device, and / or technology / SAAS categories. Alternatively, you may have experience working for an enterprise brand in a Sr. manager, or director or event marketing.
Knowledge and understanding of the Technology, Financial and Life Sciences sectors.
Proven ability to build and grow senior-level client relationships.
Skilled in leading strategic discussions and translating goals and objectives into clear direction for internal teams.
Exceptional attention to detail, especially in managing budgets, timelines, and client communications.
Adept at coordinating multidisciplinary teams and aligning stakeholders around common goals.
Strong presentation, proposal development, and client negotiation skills.
Track record of identifying growth opportunities and delivering results.
Proficiency with Google Workspace, Microsoft Suite, and project management tools such as Monday.com and Harvest.
Composed under pressure, solutions-oriented, and committed to excellence.
Willingness to work in-person and travel frequently for client meetings & events, regionally & globally.
Someone who likes to win and won't settle for less than amazing.
Compensation, Benefits & Perks
Salary : $80-100,000 + bonus, depending on experience
