Part-Time Personal & Brand Assistant (Content, Social Media, Ops)
I'm an early-stage founder building a high-growth skincare brand and lifestyle platform, and I'm looking for a sharp, organized, and creative part-time assistant to help me run my life and business. This role is perfect for a student who's resourceful, hungry, and wants hands-on experience in entrepreneurship, brand building, and content creation.
What You'll Do :
- Assist with day-to-day organization and scheduling
- Help manage social media accounts (TikTok + Instagram) and post content
- Coordinate with vendors and partners (skincare labs, packaging suppliers, agencies)
- Set up and maintain project management in Notion
- Support brand-building tasks (market research, surveys, outreach to potential testers / customers)
- General personal assistant tasks (errands, inbox / calendar management, light admin)
