Responsibilities
- The Associate Manager is responsible for ensuring high levels of client, customer and associate satisfaction at a designated Towne Park location. Manage the delivery of guest / patient services; hire, train, evaluate and discharge associates; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance; financial management and reporting; address customer complaints; and supervise a minimum of two associates.
- Lead recruitment and hiring processes to ensure the best people are selected; respond to associate feedback and satisfaction surveys; conduct regular performance appraisals and provide coaching and disciplinary actions when necessary.
- Develop guidelines so employees understand expectations; ensure proper orientation and on-the-job training for new associates; identify opportunities for growth and development for top performers.
- Maintain cohesive working relationships with client staff; conduct regular meetings; stay visible at the site; align team objectives with client priorities to exceed expectations.
- Understand and drive business metrics for forecasting, productivity, claims, customer service, and turnover; ensure revenue identification for all vehicles; oversee shift reports, cash drops, and revenue reconciliation; implement controls for scheduling, overtime, tip reporting, and timekeeping.
Qualifications
Education : Associate's degree or equivalent degree preferredRequired Licensure / Certification : Valid driver's license and clean driving recordWork Experience : A minimum of one (1) year of related experience in hospitalityKnowledge : Towne Park's safety procedures, safe driving policies, incident reporting, equipment training, claim check procedures, customer service standards, confidentiality policies, basic business writing and metrics, and knowledge of the client facility and servicesSkills : Ability to drive a manual transmission; proficiency in MS Office and POS systems; strong communication and presentation skills; ability to work with diverse groups; ability to interpret policies and prepare professional communications; ability to handle guest / patient complaints calmly; demonstrated sense of urgency and safety awarenessWorking conditions & physical demands
