Manage diverse caseloads, ensuring deadlines, quality, and client satisfaction. Build strong client relationships, offering tailored legal solutions. Conduct and supervise legal research using tools like Westlaw. Collaborate with and delegate tasks to support staff to enhance efficiency. JD from an accredited law school and active admission to any U.S. state bar. 2+ years of litigation / arbitration / regulatory experience or strong commitment to develop. Strong drafting, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative, startup environment. Available to work full-time in-office for initial 3 months, then hybrid (up to 40% remote). Base salary starting at $75K + commission, incentives, and bonuses (first-year potential six figures).
