Architect - Cleveland, OH - JOB 25-01368 Salary Range : $75K - $95K Permanent Position with Benefits. A rapidly expanding multi-state architectural & engineering firm is seeking to hire an Architect. REQUIREMENTS Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Registered Architect in the state of Ohio 5 years minimum industry experience Healthcare Design experience is a plus. Must have good work planning, team facilitation and financial management skills. Experience / knowledge with Revit. Strong knowledge of FGI, NFPA and ICC codes a plus. Must have excellent communication skills (written & verbal) Must have excellent organizational skills. Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook. MS Project) experienced Candidates are required to pass a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen. Only U.S. Citizens or persons with a Green Card work permit may apply.
