Senior Business Intelligence Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior-Level Business Intelligence Analyst to support a Department of Defense initiative focused on enhancing services for survivors and beneficiaries.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a liaison with Survivor Outreach Services and Casualty and Mortuary Affairs offices to capture and communicate survivor-related business requirements

Conduct workshops and interviews to define system needs and document current and future workflows for survivor assistance and benefits management

Collaborate with development teams to design data interfaces and reporting tools, and participate in user acceptance testing to ensure operational objectives are met

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field

Minimum 7 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or process improvement in federal or defense programs

Proficiency in requirements documentation and workflow analysis using tools like Microsoft Visio, Jira, or Confluence

Familiarity with data visualization and BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau

Active Secret clearance is required
