Project Controls Cost Engineer

Our client is seeking a Project Controls Cost Engineer to manage and analyze project costs to ensure completion within budget. As a Project Controls Cost Engineer, you will prepare and maintain project budgets aligned with objectives and constraints. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently and as part of cross-functional teams, with minimal supervision and a high attention to detail.

Job Title : Project Controls Cost Engineer

Location : Greenville, SC

Pay Rate : Pay is up to $55 / hour w2 (dependent on experience level)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct regular cost forecasting and identify potential overruns.
• Monitor and control project costs; analyze variances and recommend corrective actions.
• Generate cost reports including earned value analysis, cost performance index, and budget variance reports.
