Studio Manager

The School of Philadelphia Ballet / New Jersey (SPB / NJ) is seeking a dedicated and organized Studio Manager to ensure the smooth daily operations of our New Jersey location. The Studio Manager will oversee class registration, communication with families and faculty, and the maintenance of a welcoming studio environment. The ideal candidate will bring experience in the performing arts, strong organizational skills, and excellent customer service. A passion for the arts, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with staff and community partners are essential.

The Studio Manager will collaborate with SPB staff to support student enrollment and bolster SPB / NJ's connections with its communities.

Essential Functions :

• Administer class registration, payment processing, and data entry through SPB's registration software (JackRabbit) and data management software (AirTable).
• Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, faculty, and vendors at the SPB / NJ location, monitoring the school email account and providing timely responses.
• Act as the primary liaison with the property manager for maintenance, cleaning, and emergency response.
• Collaborate with SPB staff to develop and implement marketing initiatives for the SPB / NJ location.
• Ensure the lobby and studios remain clean, safe, and welcoming; coordinate trash collection, floor cleanings, and general upkeep.
• Oversee opening / closing procedures, key distribution, and adherence to operating protocols.
• Attend SPB staff meetings, providing updates on enrollment, events, and marketing initiatives.
• Administer auditions, open houses, and other school events hosted at SPB / NJ.
• Other job duties as required.
