Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Paralegal to support our legal team in delivering high-quality legal services. The ideal candidate will assist our in-house attorneys in preparing legal documents, conducting research, managing case files, and ensuring compliance with legal procedures and deadlines. The paralegal will also assist with various tasks to support our legal team in delivering effective legal services.

We are seeking candidates that are located within 50-miles of our office in Morrisville, N.C. as this is a hybrid position.

Core Responsibilities

General Job Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing, organizing, and communicating any incoming external questions to legal leadership.
• Collaborate with attorneys and other legal professionals within the organization.
• Assist legal team with internal audits and reviews.
• Provide a range of daily administrative support to the In-House Counsel and business managers.

Contracts

Education, Experience, Specialized and Preferred Skills

Education Level : Associate degree or in progress to achieve paralegal certificate.

Experience Level : Minimum 1 to 2 years as a legal assistant, paralegal, or other legal-related position.

Specialized Skills, Certificates, Licenses : North Carolina Paralegal Certification or in progress to achieve.

Preferred Skills : Strong understanding of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Critical thinking, operating with integrity, highly detail oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft 365, ticketing systems, and / or CRM databases.
