SAP SCM Architect (Mundelein)

Knowledge / Skills / Abilities

• Deep expertise in SAP SCM modules (MM, PP, SD, EWM, TM, IBP).
• Strong understanding of supply chain processes including procurement, production, logistics, and planning.
• Experience with SAP S / 4HANA and Fiori applications.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex project timelines.
• SAP certifications in SCM modules is preferred.
• Familiarity with Agile, hybrid, or waterfall project methodologies.
• Proven ability to describe business use cases / outcomes, data sources and management concepts, and analytical approaches / options.
• The ability to translate among the vocabulary used by executives, business, IT, and stakeholders.
• Outstanding analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment.
• Self-motivated with critical attention to detail, deadlines and reporting.
• High degree of proficiency in MS Office Suite, Outlook, and Internet applications.
• Availability for 10-15% overnight domestic travel.
