Independence Rehab is actively seeking a compassionate and skilled Part Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our therapy team at Splendido at Rancho Vistoso in beautiful Oro Valley, AZ.

👩‍⚕️ Your Role Includes :

Providing adaptive ADL re-training

Performing and assisting with all types of patient transfers

Occasionally treating clinically complex patients

Documenting therapy sessions and progress accurately

🕓 Schedule & Flexibility :

PRN hours - no minimum required to stay active

Additional PRN hours may be available at nearby facilities

✅ What We're Looking For :

Licensed COTA in the state of Arizona

Ideally, 1+ year of SNF experience (preferred, not required)

Passion for working with the geriatric population

Team player with strong communication and clinical skills
