$500 for office / maintenance roles and $1500 for truck drivers.

Expect 40-50 hours per week.
What You'll Do
Identify mechanical issues and repair tractor components following manuals and factory specifications.
Conduct regular inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
Manage air / hydraulic brake repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair electronic components.
Fix air conditioning and cab ventilation systems.
Employ hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic instruments.
Disassemble, inspect, and repair engines and transmissions, verifying parts against factory specifications.
What We Require
At least 3 years of diesel maintenance experience preferred.
Ability to work a flexible schedule.
Valid driver's license with a clean MVR (CDL is a plus). You should own your hand tools.
Diesel Technical School certifications preferred (e.g., brakes, AC, EPA, DOT inspections, transmissions, and engines).
Must pass a pre-employment physical and drug screen.
