Duties And Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for victims and their families, keeping them informed about legal proceedings and offering support along with referrals to appropriate resources.
• Communicate and consult with supervisors, prosecutors, co-workers, and outside agencies as needed to ensure the best possible outcome for victims and survivors
• Support prosecutors by identifying appropriate resources and social services for individuals being considered for an alternate disposition outside of the competency restoration process or for post charge diversion.
