Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Sales and Marketing Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies, conducting market research, and identifying new business opportunities. Daily tasks include managing customer relationships, handling customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and conducting training sessions for the sales team. Additionally, the specialist will analyze sales data and metrics to drive performance, as well as prepare and present sales reports.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service

Experience in Sales and Sales Management

Ability to effectively train and lead sales teams

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field is preferred

Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and remotely

Previous experience in the technology industry is a plus
