Production Technician

Our client, a surgical tissue simulation lab, is seeking a Production Technician to join their team. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Production Technician

Location : Durham, NC

Pay Range : $22 per hour

Shift : 7 : 00 AM - 3 : 30 PM, Monday through Friday

What's the Job?

Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

Monitor equipment for malfunctions and perform basic troubleshooting

Inspect materials and finished parts for quality and cleanliness

Package, label, and transfer finished products to inventory

Maintain equipment, perform daily system checks, and ensure proper cleaning and shutdown procedures

What's Needed?

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience

Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately

Ability to lift 50 pounds

Comfortable working around tissue and machinery involved in tissue processing

Comfortable working in cool / cold temperatures as needed

Proven ability to maintain an excellent attendance record
