Base pay range

$130,000.00 / yr - $135,000.00 / yr

Job Description

This role is ideal for a software engineer who thrives in hybrid environments, values collaboration, scalability, and resilient systems, and wants to make a visible impact on enterprise-wide data services.

What You'll Do

  • Design, build, and maintain full-stack components using Java Spring Boot and ReactJS.
  • Develop microservices, REST APIs, and database integrations (SQL / NoSQL).
  • Translate wireframes and prototypes into responsive UI designs aligned to best practices.
  • Collaborate with global cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and solve complex software challenges.
  • Mentor junior engineers, conduct code reviews, and strengthen UI development practices.
  • Write clean, efficient, and secure code adhering to industry standards.
  • Participate in SL3 support rotation alongside the SL2 team.

Must-Have Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
  • Strong ReactJS development experience, including testing frameworks (e.g., Cypress).
  • Proven experience building Java REST APIs and microservices.
  • Familiarity with messaging and caching frameworks.
  • Hands-on experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Experience with CI / CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions) and containerization / orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, Helm).

    • Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Good grasp of REST API design principles.
  • Self-starter with solid problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
