  • ???? Rate of Pay : $18-$23.00 / hour Pay Range SP2 Schedule : Monday-Friday Hours Varies

  • ???? What You’ll Do :
  • ✨ Conduct developmental screenings, evaluations, and assessments .

  • ???? Help families build and implement Individualized Family Service Plans (IFSPs) .
  • ???? Provide direct early intervention services to children and their families.
  • ???? Work closely with caregivers and a multidisciplinary team to support developmental goals.
  • ???? Maintain accurate documentation and ensure all services meet state standards.
  • ???? Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and growth opportunities.
  • ???? Who We’re Looking For :
  • Strong communicator with a passion for early childhood development .

    Bachelor's degree or higher education in Early Childhood, Social Work, Psychology or related fields as listed in Developmental Certification Policy (2010), section J.

    Committed to family-centered care and collaborative problem-solving.

    Able to meet (or willing to obtain) Developmental Specialist Certification within one month of hire.

    Adaptable, empathetic, and proactive — a true team player .

    Professional with a strong ethical foundation and commitment to confidentiality.
