job_description.job_card.job_descriptionPerform accurate diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance on Buick, GMC, and Hummer vehicles Follow factory and dealership repair procedures and safety protocols Communicate effectively with service advisors regarding repair timelines, recommendations, and parts needs Document all work performed using the dealerships repair order system Conduct thorough multi-point inspections to identify potential issues Stay current on GM technical bulletins, recall procedures, and service updates Maintain a clean and organized work area and properly care for dealership tools and equipment Collaborate with parts and service teams to ensure timely completion of work Provide excellent customer service when needed to support service advisors 2+ years of experience as an automotive technician Previous hands-on experience working with Chevy and / or GMC vehicles is HIGHLY preferred! ASE certifications strongly preferred; GM certifications a plus Strong knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and repair procedures Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and repair orders Valid drivers license and clean driving record Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and as part of a team Willingness to complete manufacturer training and certifications as needed Upload your resume and complete the online assessment for immediate consideration!
