A company is looking for an Oracle OIC Developer-HCM.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) between Oracle HCM and external systems

Build and optimize Fast Formulas for Payroll calculations and Benefits eligibility

Collaborate with functional teams to gather requirements and deliver integration solutions

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)

Strong SQL and PL / SQL development skills

Experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules - Core HR, Payroll, and Benefits

Expertise in designing and developing Fast Formulas

Hands-on experience with OIC REST / SOAP APIs and VBCS integrations
