Travel Registered Nurse (RN) – MS / Tele Pulmonary - Nights

Location : Tuscaloosa, Alabama

Shift : Nights | 7 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

Contract Length : 13 - 26 weeks available

Hours : 36 hours per week (will also accept 48 hours)

On-Call : Every other weekend

Position Overview

We’re seeking an experienced MS / Tele Pulmonary Travel RN to join our team treating a wide range of patients with respiratory disorders in Tuscaloosa, AL.  Nurses in this area have a 1 : 6 ratio and value the delivery of high-quality, specialized care for patients and their families suffering from a variety of lung diseases or injuries. This unit takes pride in the collaborative relationships with departments such as respiratory therapy, physical therapy, care management and pharmacy. This specialty requires a foundation of knowledge in general medicine as well as expertise in respiratory skills.

Requirements

Active RN license in the state of Alabama or Compact License (No Temp Licenses accepted)

AHA BLS or Red Cross

NURSYS

Minimum of 2 years experience (will consider 18 months of experience, working under the highest level of professional license, and must have 1 year of experience in the field of specialty

Meditech EMR experience preferred

Must be willing to float to units / hospitals

Professional scrubs – Solid Navy
