Responsibilities

Job Summary :

The Maintenance Planner / Scheduler is responsible for improving workforce productivity and work quality by anticipating and eliminating potential delays through planning and coordination of labor, parts, materials, and equipment access. This role is pivotal in ensuring the effective execution of maintenance activities to maximize plant reliability, efficiency, and safety.

Job Responsibilities :

(May include, but are not limited to, the following)

Planning & Scheduling

• Develop detailed job plans for preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance activities.
• Create and maintain daily, weekly, and long-term maintenance schedules using a Computerized Maintenance or similar system.
• Review incoming work requests and convert them into planned jobs with task sequences, labor requirements, estimated durations, materials, tools, and safety procedures.
• Prioritize work orders in collaboration with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams.
• Coordinate with production planners to schedule maintenance activities during optimal equipment downtime.
• Ensure the timely procurement and staging of all necessary materials, tools, and equipment prior to job execution.
