• Help us make a positive impact on every life we touch Competitive Pay : $20.00 – $25.00 / hour, with credit given for experience Consistent Schedule : Full-time, Monday-Friday, 7 : 00am-3 : 30pm Investing in You : Enjoy a comprehensive, quality benefits package Supportive Team : Join a collaborative, mission-driven work environment Quick Hiring : Apply today and hear back within 48 hours What You’ll Do : Perform general maintenance tasks, with an emphasis on painting various interiors and exteriors Inspect apartments and common areas to ensure the community is well-maintained Handle emergency repairs and maintain maintenance equipment and vehicles Move furniture, replenish water softener salt, change filters, and repair various machines Follow all safety protocols and confidentiality policies Report any signs of potential abuse or neglect immediately Attend mandatory in-service training sessions What You’ll Need : Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance, with an emphasis in painting (required) Trade school degree and / or 2 years of related experience with a CG (preferred) Must be at least 18 years of age or older (required) Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating manuals, and maintenance instructions Ability to write routine reports and communicate effectively with the team Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test Benefits Available to You : Medical Dental Vision Health Savings Account (HSA) Short and Long-term Disability Voluntary Life & AD&D Insurance Employee Assistance Program To apply, please complete the required questionnaire.
