This is an exceptional opportunity to be groomed for a Production Leadership role in a machining / foundry operation that is part of a growing $4.5B diversified global manufacturing company with 18, employees. You will coordinate a team of 60 to 75 team members in the melt shop and foundry operations areas with 2 direct reports in the production of quality pressure-poured steel components to meet the company’s sales requirements.

We want a Production Leader who :

• Will come on board in a Development Status Role and work side by side with the Production Manager in our Foundry operation to learn and take over his role upon his upcoming retirement.
• You will work with Production and Process Managers in planning, organizing and directing the manufacturing operations with optimum cost-effectiveness,
• Has a broad background and a keen understanding of the manufacturing process.
• Possesses the leadership skills needed to motivate and direct all the hourly employees.
