Job CNC Machine Programmer / Operator

About the Role

We are seeking a self-motivated CNC Machine Programmer / Operator to join our Development Center team. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on experience in CNC programming and operation—especially with the Accord 20 FX or similar models—and a passion for precision and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

• Program and operate the Accord 20 FX CNC using Xilog Plus Operator Interface .
• Import DXF files, manage multi-tool equipment, and optimize machining processes.
• Set up and program CNC equipment using CAD / CAM software .
• Optimize tooling feeds and speeds for various materials.
• Build part clamping fixtures using appropriate materials and tools.
• Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress effectively.
• Follow all safety, ergonomic, and environmental procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
