Responsibilities

Knowledge in industrial automation and system integration.
Work with new and existing clients.
Lead initial engineering assessments and requirements discovery.
Develop proposals to reflect project scope, pricing, risks, and customer win strategies.
Create and present integration solutions to both technical and executive-level audiences.
Deliver accurate and timely sales forecasts on a quarterly basis.
Maintain up-to-date records and activity logs within CRM systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in an engineering-related field.

Enterprise Sales and Account Management experience.

3-5+ years of experience striving to reach an individual quota.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80,000 - $100,000 per year. Benefits include a competitive salary, bonuses, flexible working hours, and development opportunities such as internal Lean Six Sigma Certification.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Beverly, MA.
