Position Overview : As a Dental Assistant at Natural Dental Partners, you’ll play a crucial role in delivering high-quality care. You will primarily assist our dental hygienist, ensure a smooth patient experience, and support the team in promoting airway health and orthodontic treatment options.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist the hygienist with procedures, charting, and patient comfort

Prepare and sterilize instruments and treatment areas

Educate patients on oral hygiene, airway health, and the benefits of early orthodontic intervention

Collaborate with the team to identify candidates for airway and orthodontic treatment

Help facilitate case acceptance through clear communication and patient support

Maintain patient records and manage digital charting efficiently

Ensure clinical areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked

Qualifications :

Dental Assistant certification or equivalent experience

Must have X-ray Certification

Familiarity with airway health, myofunctional therapy, or orthodontics is a plus (training provided)

Strong communication and patient education skills

Team-oriented, with a passion for holistic and preventive care

Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
