Qualifications

License / Certification :

CPR

certification

preferred (unless

hospital

policy

requires

otherwise).

Education : High

School

Diploma

or

equivalent

preferred.

Has

completed

elements

required

for

clinical

ladder

Rehab

Tech

or

equivalent

training

in school or on-the-job training.
