Your Role

We are seeking a talented UX / UI Designer to seamlessly integrate our established Design System with the evolving product offerings. Your mission will be to convert strategic visions into intuitive, user-centric designs that enhance our users' interactions and bring clarity and engagement to the user journey.

Responsibilities

Synthesize Vision and Design : Merge our current Design System with the overarching product vision to create cohesive and forward-thinking designs.
Collaborate Across Teams : Work with sales, marketing, onboarding, and customer success teams to transform ideas and feedback into polished, functional design elements.
From Sketch to Reality : Partner with developers to bring designs to life, understanding technical constraints and possibilities.
User-Centric Innovation : Refine and adapt UX practices to create intuitive and aesthetically pleasing interfaces that solve real user challenges.
Shape Our Design Language : Contribute to and evolve our Design System, ensuring consistency across platforms and products.

Requirements

Proven experience as a UX / UI Designer with a portfolio of intuitive, development-ready designs.

Proficiency in Figma and the ability to translate complex concepts into actionable interfaces.

Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across multiple teams.

Dependable, self-managed, and results-oriented with the ability to thrive without micromanagement.

Comfortable working across two main time zones (GMT-4 and GMT+3).

Ability to prioritize design efficacy over personal attachment, valuing iterations that truly meet user needs.

Experience with 3D design tools is highly valued as we elevate our existing 3D elements.
