Experience with and / or application of scaling frameworks and their principles, theories, and concepts. Strong time management skills, prioritization abilities, and independently "takes ownership". Ability to define and improve Agile business processes and ways of working. Experience with Medical Device industry, FDA Knowledge and SAFe framework is a plus. Education and Experience 5+ years' experience as a Scrum Master.
