Upstream Rehabilitation, is looking for Account Managers to join their team

In this role, youll lead strategic partnerships, drive business growth, and promote the trusted brands and exceptional clinicians of Upstream Rehabilitation in a defined region.

Youll build relationships, connect with physicians, expand our referral networks, and ensure the excellence and presence of our brand in the healthcare communities.
What Will You Do?
- Develop and enforce effective call strategies to increase referrals.
- Regularly report progress and challenges to the Regional VP and VP of Sales.
- Communicate goals and strategies with Regional VP and VP of Sales.
- Build and maintain relationships with customer prospects and community leaders.
- Collaborate with Clinic Directors, Therapy staff, and Business Office staff.
- Present companys information, services, and outcomes to current and potential partners.
- Use reporting tools to highlight the clinical excellence and outcomes of our team.
- Identify opportunities for publicity, coordinate community events, and attend Regional meetings.
- Respond to emails and phone messages within 24-48 hours.
- Work as part of a team to build networks among referral sources, employers, and field operations.
What Do We Need From You?
Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience in sales.2+ years of sales and marketing experience in healthcare or related field.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience working in a dynamic, goal-oriented environment.Confidence in guiding the sales process and connecting with customer prospects.Ability to sell intangible ideas and concepts.Flexibility and enthusiasm to work independently or as a team.Resourcefulness, thoroughness, and diligence.Competitive motivation and determination.Build and strengthen business relationships.Conditions of the Position :
Travel up to 70% throughout the assigned region.Exposure to road travel and clinical environments including hospitals and office settings.What Can We Offer?
