HES Assistant Technician

Position Type : This is a full time, non-exempt (hourly) position eligible for overtime, plus performance-based commission. This position starts at $22 per hour and will pay between $60k-$70k with on target earnings. High performers will earn more.

Job Summary :

The HES (Home Energy Specialist) Assistant Techs with conducting Energy Assessments, with main focus on blower door guided air sealing

• Conduct Blower Door Tests

Set up blower doors properly

Thoroughly air seal homes based on blower door results

Document blower door readings properly
