Job Overview
Crownover Company Inc. is seeking an experienced and well-rounded Residential Construction / Remodeling, Project Manager to lead and deliver residential construction projects to the highest standards. This role manages multiple projects from pre-construction through final walkthrough, balancing field operations with administrative precision.
The ideal candidate brings at least 5 years of hands-on residential construction experience and demonstrates strong capabilities in project scheduling, budgeting, client communication, and team leadership. This is a key role where your attention to detail, ability to proactively manage risks, and commitment to excellence will ensure projects are completed on time, on budget, and with an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive project plans for all assigned Phase 1 and Phase 2 projects (P1 & P2), including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
Monitor project expenditures and ensure budget adherence.
Guide clients through material and finish selections in collaboration with architects and designers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during Phase 2.
Proactively manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Qualifications
Salary + Commission
Paid Time Off (80 vacation hours + 24 sick hours)
