North Carolina Senior Business Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Business Analyst - Enterprise Digital Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Contribute to prioritizing the backlog and collaborate with the Agile team on stories

Collaborate with the UI / UX team to translate business needs into applications and write detailed user stories

Lead triage for production issues and ensure prompt resolution while assessing incidents based on client impact

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience

Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams

Experience supporting digital onboarding or digital banking applications

Experience configuring or administering SaaS software applications

Understanding of IDV / KYC regulations and requirements needed for compliant onboarding
