In our 1 : 1 ABA setting, you'll work hands-on with children (18 months to 8 years) using ethical, evidence-based ABA techniques in a supportive, center-based environment. With top-tier supervision, ongoing training, and a passionate team by your side, you'll make a real impact every day!
What you'll be doing as a Behavior Technician :
- Apply the principles of one-on-one ABA therapy to help children with Autism reach their full potential by following treatment plans, collecting data, and implementing feedback.
- Support the development of children in early childhood (ages 18 months to 8 years old) through engaging and fun therapeutic activities.
- Collaborate with a team of individuals to optimize treatment, safety, and a fun working experience.
- Engage with children through play, movement, and imitation, keeping the atmosphere joyful and interactive.
- Effectively communicate with all stakeholders (peers, families, supervisors) to coordinate activities and celebrate successes.
Job Requirements :
Physical Ability : Lift and move children in a fast-paced environment, which includes lifting up to 30 lbs and engaging actively with kids.Maintain a Therapeutic Environment : Keep play spaces tidy, organized, and stimulating for children's experiences.Multitask : Balance multiple actions, decisions, or conversations while prioritizing safety.Team Support : Work cohesively as a center, neighborhood, and region, including potential travel to support nearby centers.Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required.Must be at least 18 years of age and have a High School diploma or GED equivalent.Complete the RBT certification process within 20 days of employment by passing a 40-hour training curriculum, hands-on competency assessment, and the board's exam.

Associates / High School : $20.00 - $24.00Bachelors : $20.00 - $25.50Masters : $20.00 - $28.00For entry-level candidates, your first raise is earned upon certification as RBT, typically within 21 days.
Experience in these fields is a plus!
