Billing Coordinator Assistant will help prepare invoices, communicate with customers regarding payments, and ensure all billing records are accurate and up to date. We are seeking someone who is bilingual (English / Spanish preferred), professional, reliable, detail-oriented, and skilled in Excel .
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with creating and processing invoices accurately and on time.
- Communicate with customers to collect outstanding payments and resolve billing issues.
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain billing records in Workday and QuickBooks .
- Support the accounting team with month-end and year-end processes.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Qualifications :
- Previous experience in billing or office administrator
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
