We are seeking an experienced and talented Laboratory Soils / Materials Technician to join our Southern California team for our San Diego office. This is a non-exempt position.

Responsibilities :

• Perform laboratory tests on construction materials (moisture content, compaction, sieves, hydrometers, atterberg limits, corrosion suites, and expansion index, concrete flexural strength, etc.)
• Apply basic computer data templates, interpret test data, and prepare reports of test data
• Calibrate laboratory equipment and maintain calibration schedule and records
