The associate in this role will provide administrative support to the Purchasing Department.

As a Purchasing Administrative Assistant, you will assist the Purchasing Department in a multitude of areas. Assist with receiving invoices, scanning of daily documents, reviewing vendor statements, participate in the monthly inventory process, work within PO and Inventory systems, Assist director with contracts and more. Our office is very fast paced, so multitasking efficiently is essential. You will become part of team oriented environment.

Essential functions include :

• Assist leadership on new focus projects
• Receive daily invoices into the resorts inventory system
• Process scan documents for backup storage for invoices and credit card receipts
• Participate in weekly / monthly inventory processes
• Maintain a section of warehouse inventory including stock ordering
• Work with buyers on purchase orders and follow up
• Organize and maintain cleanliness of office space
• Assist all members of the Purchasing / Receiving team with any duty necessary to maintain consistency and efficiency
• Maintain and update Purchasing files
• Run Routine reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as well as specific requested reports
