Electro-mechanical assembly, ensuring accuracy and adherence to technical specifications. Operates manufacturing equipment while adhering to safety protocols to optimize production processes and maintain efficiency. Enters and updates product tracking data to ensure accurate and up-to-date records for quality control and inventory management. Conducts inspections of finished products to ensure quality standards are met. High School Diploma or GED (Required) J-Std. Certification (preferred). Certification must be obtained within the first 90 days of employment. Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office. Good verbal and written communication in a technical atmosphere. Read and understand detailed assembly instructions. Work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities and environments. Experience with hand tool operation (preferred). Complete work to high industry standards. Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. DoD Security Clearance. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to reach overhead, often. Prolonged and repetitive soldering and other hand operations. Requires gripping, twisting, and pinching with both hands and fingers. Must be able to sit and / or stand for up to 10 hours. Must be able to look in and work with a microscope. Repetitive twisting at the waist. Full range of medical, dental, and vision benefits. About the Role :
We are looking for skilled and detail-oriented Production Operators to join our team!
In this role, you'll engage in a variety of semi-repetitive tasks, including hand soldering, mechanical assembly, and machine operation. Your valuable contributions will play a vital role in our collective journey towards Winning as One, One company. One team. One purpose. One plan. One culture.
Work Schedule
- 4-day / 10-hour work week.
- Shift 2 : Monday - Thursday, 4 : 00 PM - 2 : 30 AM; plus a shift differential of $1.50.
- Overtime may be required on Fridays and Saturdays.

This is a non-exempt position. Compensation is based on experience in manufacturing, education, and prior experience in electronics manufacturing.
