Marketing Solutions Lead- Southern Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky
The primary responsibilities of this role, Marketing Solutions Lead-Southern Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky, are to :
Refine local marketing strategies based on data insights and field input;
Coach field squad members to co-create customized marketing solutions;
Lead Dealer (CH) and Grower selection strategy for Field Squad based on local and aggregated data;
Work cross-functionally with Agronomy and Crop Team peers to generate previous year product reports to support Field Squad recommendations to customers for upcoming growing season;
Collaborate within squads and Business Units to create Local Marketing Tactics and customer experiences;
Influence and implement Brand program offers, rewards and benefits for field squad to use with Growers & Partners;
Manage and "localize" brand / content, ensuring consistency within appropriate geographies within the unit;
Maximizing ROI of demand generation based on insights from multiple sources and through utilizing resources focused on the best opportunities based on multiple variables;
Co-creating holistic plan to capture new seed acres on prospects and shared farms using data to make decisions as well as pulling CP through on existing seed acres;
Serving to advocate on behalf of the field squads with brand Marketing and Crop Teams to execute feedback loops;

Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree;
Excellent communication skills for agile audiences and environments;
Very strong business acumen, critical thinking skills, ability to influence without authority;
Willingness to invest in financial acumen and continue to develop skill set to drive both top and bottom-line growth;
Ability to achieve business results in a relatively autonomous environment without direct supervision;
Strong self-reliance balanced with humility to seek out experts for the greater good of the business and / or people;
Willingness and ability to strategically delegate decision making abilities to the lowest level possible;
Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum 8+ years experience in sales, marketing, account management, or related fields;
Candidates with extensive Crop Protection experience would be preferred
Ideal candidate should reside in St Louis or in Southern Illinois, Indiana and Kentucky
Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $152,248.82 - $228,373.24. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. This salary range is merely an estimate and may vary based on an applicant's location, market data / ranges, an applicant's skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
